When is the Gateway Outdoor Expo?
The Expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 13, 2027 and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, February 14, 2027.
Where is the Expo located?
The Expo is held at the St. Charles Convention Center at 1 Convention Center Blvd., St. Charles, MO 63303.
Is admission free?
Yes. Admission to the Expo is completely free and open to the public.
Is parking free?
Yes. Parking at the Convention Center is free for all attendees.
Do I need to register in advance?
Advance registration is not required for general admission. However, we encourage signing up for event updates, so you don’t miss schedule announcements and programming details.
What can I expect at the Expo?
The Expo features 150 booths showcasing outdoor gear, apparel, destinations, nonprofits, clubs, and service providers. You’ll also find interactive activities, educational programming, and opportunities to connect with the regional outdoor community.
Can I purchase gear at the Expo?
Yes. Many exhibitors offer products for sale, including gear, apparel, accessories, and gifts.

Are pets allowed?
For safety and venue regulations, pets are not permitted inside the Convention Center. Service animals are welcome.

Prospective exhibitors can submit an application and request a vendor packet through our website. Once approved, you will receive confirmation and additional details.

Do I need a separate ticket for presentations?
